Where are your products made?
All items are designed and prepared in Spain. Some pieces are handmade or produced in small batches, which means slight variations may occur — this is part of their character.

Are your pieces unique?
Many of our creations are made in limited quantities or as one-of-a-kind pieces. Once an item is sold out, it may not be restocked.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

We currently ship to Spain, Europe & the UK, and internationally.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are fixed and calculated per order:
Spain: 5.99 €
Europe & UK: 11.99 €
International: 18 €

Shipping fees include packaging, preparation, and tracked delivery.

Which carrier do you use?
We select the carrier based on destination and availability to ensure the best delivery conditions.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination:
Spain: usually 2–5 business days
Europe & UK: usually 5–10 business days
International: usually 10–20 business days

Inspired by natural elements and organic processes, each item carries its own subtle nuances — these variations are part of its identity and are not considered defects.

Payments are securely processed via PayPal. Customers can pay using a PayPal account or with a credit/debit card — no PayPal account is required.

Is payment secure?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

What if my item arrives damaged?
